These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZC999 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ZC999 website located at zc999.cam and all associated services, features and content made available through it.

By creating an account, accessing the platform or placing any wager through ZC999, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

ZC999 is an online gaming information and services platform designed primarily for English-speaking users in Pakistan. The platform provides sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments and T20 internationals — alongside live casino products, online slots and related content. All monetary references on the platform default to Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the agreement between you and ZC999.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by you on the ZC999 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, denominated in PKR or the applicable account currency.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or other non-cash incentives credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Eligible User" means a person who satisfies all age, identity, jurisdiction and other eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Platform" means the ZC999 website, mobile-optimised site, any associated applications and all services delivered through them.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where access to online gambling is prohibited or restricted by applicable law, including circumstances where Pakistani law prohibits or limits such activity.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet, stake or game-play action placed using your Account Balance on the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be wagered before they or any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures applied to Accounts as required by the applicable licence conditions.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the default currency reference used throughout the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account with ZC999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. [3.1]Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ZC999 applies strict age-verification procedures and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to an underage user will be closed immediately and any balance forfeited.
2. [3.2]Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, a Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any Wager.
3. [3.3]Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated or acting under the influence of impairment that affects their decision-making are not permitted to use the Platform.
4. [3.4]Single account: Each individual may hold only one Account. Duplicate Accounts will be merged or closed and any associated Bonus Funds forfeited.
5. [3.5]Self-exclusion status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on ZC999 or any other platform operated under the same licence. If you are currently self-excluded, you must not attempt to register a new Account.
6. [3.6]Own account: You must register and use an Account exclusively in your own name, on your own behalf, using funds that belong to you. Operating an Account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your Account, is prohibited.

When registering an Account with ZC999, you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

ZC999 reserves the right to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) at the time of registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, or at any other point deemed appropriate. Failure to satisfy KYC requirements within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or closure.

• [4.1] You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ZC999 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.
• [4.2] You must notify ZC999 support immediately if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation. Until such notification is received, ZC999 shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use.
• [4.3] ZC999 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend an Account or close an Account at its sole discretion, including where there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation or breach of these Terms.
• [4.4] You agree not to share your Account login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be treated as having been carried out by you, regardless of whether you authorised it.

ZC999 provides information on a range of payment channels familiar to Pakistani users, including mobile wallet services and domestic bank transfers. All financial transactions are processed in accordance with the applicable licence conditions and the terms of the relevant payment service provider. References to payment methods such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are for informational context only and do not imply endorsement, affiliation or support for online gambling by those providers.

• [5.1]Minimum deposits: Minimum deposit thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of transaction. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be credited.
• [5.2]Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. ZC999 reserves the right to process withdrawals only to payment methods previously used to fund the Account, as a fraud-prevention measure.
• [5.3]Processing times: Withdrawal processing times vary by method and are estimated, not guaranteed. Delays may occur where additional verification is required.
• [5.4]Currency: Account balances are maintained and displayed in the currency selected at registration. PKR is the default reference currency for users based in Pakistan. ZC999 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.
• [5.5]Third-party payments: Deposits from and withdrawals to third-party accounts — accounts not registered in your own name — are strictly prohibited. Any such transaction identified by ZC999 will be reversed and may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
• [5.6]Inactive accounts: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. An administrative fee may be applied to dormant Account balances in accordance with the applicable licence conditions. You will be notified before any fee is deducted.

ZC999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, enhanced odds or other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to these Terms and to any specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion only.

• [6.1]Wagering requirements: Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier is stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• [6.2]Minimum odds: Free bets and bonus bets placed on markets with odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to the fulfilment of a Wagering Requirement.
• [6.3]Time limits: All bonuses are subject to an expiry period stated in the promotion terms. Bonus Funds not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• [6.4]One bonus per user: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per household, device and IP address. Attempting to claim multiple instances of a single promotion using duplicate Accounts is prohibited.
• [6.5]ZC999 discretion: ZC999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been claimed, ZC999 will honour the terms as stated at the time of claiming, except where fraud or system error is identified.
• [6.6]Withdrawal order: Real-money funds in your Account Balance will be used before Bonus Funds when placing Wagers, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise.

All Wagers placed on ZC999 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and to the sport- or game-specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a Wager, you confirm that you understand and accept the relevant rules.

• [7.1]Market acceptance: A Wager is not accepted until confirmed by the platform. In the event of a technical error during placement, the Wager will be treated as void.
• [7.2]Obvious errors: ZC999 reserves the right to void any Wager placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to a pricing error, feed failure or system fault. Users who knowingly exploit obvious pricing errors may have their Accounts reviewed.
• [7.3]Cricket and PSL markets: Wagers on Pakistan cricket fixtures, PSL matches and ICC tournament markets are subject to the applicable sport-specific rules. Abandoned or suspended matches are settled in accordance with the stated rules for each market type.
• [7.4]Live betting: In-play markets are settled based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event or period. ZC999 is not responsible for delays between live action and in-play market price updates.
• [7.5]Casino and slots: All casino and slot outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs). RTP percentages for individual slot titles are as published by the game developer and may be verified in the game information panel.
• [7.6]Dispute resolution: Any dispute regarding a Wager settlement must be raised within 30 days of the event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. ZC999's decision, following review, shall be final.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZC999 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

• [8.1] Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software designed to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• [8.2] Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting through the systematic exploitation of free bet promotions, or any strategy designed primarily to extract Bonus Funds without genuine sporting or gaming risk.
• [8.3] Colluding with other users to manipulate the outcome of live casino games, poker hands or any other platform offering where player interaction affects results.
• [8.4] Using fraudulent payment methods, stolen card details or misrepresented identity documents to fund an Account or pass KYC verification.
• [8.5] Laundering funds through the platform or using the platform to facilitate any financial crime.
• [8.6] Registering multiple Accounts or assisting another person to circumvent a self-exclusion order.
• [8.7] Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward ZC999 staff or other users via any support or communication channel.

ZC999 is committed to providing a safe, transparent gambling environment. Gambling is intended to be an enjoyable activity, but it carries real financial risk and is not appropriate for everyone. The platform provides a range of player-protection tools that you are entitled to use at any time.

• [9.1]Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit caps through your Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a cooling-off period.
• [9.2]Loss limits: You may set maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods. ZC999 will halt real-money play once a loss limit is reached for the relevant period.
• [9.3]Session-time reminders: Configurable time alerts notify you when you have been logged in for a period you define in advance.
• [9.4]Self-exclusion: You may request a temporary exclusion (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting the support team. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During an exclusion period, ZC999 will make reasonable efforts to prevent marketing communications from reaching you.
• [9.5]Reality checks: The platform displays session duration information to help you maintain awareness of time spent gambling.

All content on the ZC999 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and page layouts — is the property of ZC999 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• [10.1] You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• [10.2] You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any platform content without the prior written consent of ZC999.
• [10.3] The ZC999 name, logo and associated marks are trademarks of ZC999. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZC999 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• [11.1] Direct or indirect financial losses resulting from Wagers placed on the platform.
• [11.2] Interruption of access to the platform due to technical faults, maintenance, third-party service outages or events outside ZC999's reasonable control.
• [11.3] Losses arising from the use of inaccurate information published on the platform where ZC999 has exercised reasonable care in its preparation.
• [11.4] Any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including any breach of eligibility requirements.

Nothing in these Terms limits ZC999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

ZC999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided via the platform or by email to the address registered on your Account. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure by contacting the support team.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the ZC999 operating entity holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Users accessing the platform from Pakistan acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited by applicable Pakistani legislation, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. ZC999 does not assert that its services are lawful in Pakistan and makes no representation to that effect. Users proceed entirely at their own legal risk.
